What is the Crime?

By stating publicly that felonies were committed by members of the S*FII staff, the accusers make it appear as if they already have sufficient proof.  If that's the case, why not press charges now?  Why continue with an investigation when they already have the proof that they need?

If they don't have absolute proof, why are they stating publicly that felonies were committed?  What do they hope to gain by making accusations that they can't or won't back up?  Exactly what felonies have been committed?  No specific felonies or crimes of any sort have been clearly outlined anywhere.

It has become quite obvious that they have no proof of anything and their sole objective is to continue trying to divide the membership of S*FII and bring it down.  When people desperately trying to prove a point have no proof of their claims, their claims tend to become louder and more exaggerated in a desperate attempt to stir up the followers (a.k.a. sheeples), cement them to the cause, and retain their power while having no intention of following through on the claims.

Their followers, unable to logically reason for themselves and unwilling to question those whom they blindly follow, continue to believe everything they are told and never question what crimes have been committed or why legal action hasn't already been taken.  How long are they willing to wait before they realize they have been taken for a ride?

What are some of these dual members really thinking?

"After reading through most of this thread, I guess I'll throw in my 2 cents worth. I am not keen on this musical with E***** S**** playing S**** B****. I have, like many of you, followed S****'s life and career ever since her audition on BGT. Her voice is wonderful, magical, emotional, and just down right beautiful. Why would I want to pay money to see someone else pretend to be S**** B****? Will E***** sing like S****? Will she lip-synch S****'s songs? I know about as much of S****'s life story as most of you. I've read her book. I have listened over and over to both of her albums. I've spent the past 2 years drawing and painting many portraits of S****. I know her facial expressions very clearly. It's even been a little pat on my back that S**** has been presented with two of my original works- a graphite drawing of her with Cardin*l O'B****, and a painting of her greeting the P*pe.

So, I want the real thing. I want to see S**** perform again. I want to hear more of her fabulous voice, whether it's on stage or on another album. And I don't want to be involved with a bunch of frantic, fanatic, pollyanna old ladies to do so. I have no interest in seeing this musical. I want the real thing.
Am with you on that Teri, and even so, am not interested in seeing a pretend to be S****, chorus or no chorus."

Behind the Scenes

Post by xeno on SusaHumor from April, 2011:

I don't think I've been nearly harsh enough.  There was an opportunity to set things right, to salvage that site and actually fulfill the promise of fan ownership, back in July. That opportunity was not merely lost, it was thrown away. We know who did the throwing.

Chris insisted that she must keep her bargain, but said that she would be able to somehow oust Pickle and her wretched gang at a later date. I heard that repeatedly during and after the July food fight. Think about that: SBFII was turned over to people whom Chris and dyebat knew were corrupt, but the two of them said that they never meant that to be a permanent state of affairs. Well, here we are, nine months down the line, and Pickle is still large and in charge over there. Nothing has been revealed in the blogs that would allow anyone to remove the current owners of that site. To me this shows that there was a massive fuck-up on somebody's part. There were only two somebodies making the major decisions when the site was handed over. Do the math. Your conclusion ought to be as harsh as mine, even if you use your fingers and toes to add things up.
